Frequently Asked Questions

How many classes per week can my child attend?
As many as you would like them to. Training is unrestricted. If there is a class offered for their age group, they are welcome to attend. Please note that one class per week is not enough... we need to see our students in at least 2 classes per week.
Do I have to call in advance and schedule the classes that I attend?
No... if there is a class offered in your particular group that you would like to attend, just show up.
What if I want to cancel my membership before the 1-year expires?
You can cancel without notice if you move outside of a 5 mile radius of our school, or if your child needs to stop due to a medical issue (this must be accompanied by a doctor's note). You can cancel for any other reason with 2 months notice of cancellation. In this case, you can either give 2 months notice prior to cancellation or make 2 months of payments and cancel immediately.
